Whether you opt for a traditional or themed tour, our guides will introduce you to Haguenau's historic centre, a pedestrianised area where you can enjoy strolling along its streets and narrow lanes. Their expertise will also bring to life the rich collections of the town's three museums, as well as Saint George's Church and Saint Nicholas's Church.

A comfortable experience
Audio guides are available for hire to make your visit more comfortable. The Tourist Office provides audio guides to groups before each tour.
Easy access: a drop-off area is located in front of the railway station, just a 7-minute walk from the town centre. Free coach parking is available on Rue du Moulin Neuf, in the Parc des Sports car park behind the station (a 15-minute walk from the town centre via the station footbridge). A map showing the coach and car parks is also available on request.
The Haguenau Tourist Office is located at 1 Place Joseph Thierry, in the Musée Alsacien building in the pedestrianised town centre. A tourist map of the town is available for groups.

- Guided tour of Haguenau: 1½ hours / €160 per group of up to 30 people
- Guided tour of the Musée Alsacien: 1½ hours / €160 per group of up to 20 people + museum admission fee
- Guided tour of the Musée Historique: 1½ hours / €160 per group of up to 30 people + museum admission fee
- Tour of the picturesque villages of Northern Alsace (by coach): 3½ hours / €300 for 1 guide / 1 coach (provided by the group) – for 2 coaches: 2 guides, €450
- In the footsteps of the TV series Band of Brothers (by coach): 1½ hours / €150 for 1 guide / 1 coach (provided by the group). This tour follows the route taken by Easy Company (101st Airborne Division) during the Second World War, as well as the locations featured in the series inspired by these events. The division landed in Normandy with the aim of liberating several French towns, eventually reaching Haguenau before ending its journey in Berchtesgaden, Bavaria. The film crew visited the area and took photographs to ensure an accurate reconstruction. As a result, some of the locations shown in the series can still be recognised in Haguenau today!

Practical information for groups arriving in Haguenau
When you arrive in Haguenau, a drop-off area is available on Place Désiré Brumbt, in front of the railway station (just a 7-minute walk from the Tourist Office).
Public toilets are also available at the railway station and in the town centre.
For school and extracurricular groups
The Tourist Office offers children, families and school/extracurricular groups several fun and educational trails: town centre and Haguenau Forest, Bischwiller, Brumath and Val-de-Moder. Printed versions are also available at the Tourist Office.
The Trésors d’Alsace mobile app, available on iPhone and Android, offers two treasure hunts in Haguenau (town centre and forest). You can also discover two other treasure hunts in Haguenau: Au fil de l'eau, a cultural trail exploring the town's fountains, and the Chouette balade d'Athéna.

Nearby: Bischwiller and its museums
Rich in a little-known historical and natural heritage, the town of Bischwiller, just a short distance from Haguenau, offers tours focusing on textiles, remembrance, architecture and heritage.
The Musée de la Laub mainly explores Bischwiller's history as a textile town, traces of which can still be seen throughout its urban architecture. Awarded three flowers in France's Villes et Villages Fleuris scheme, Bischwiller is surrounded by a green network dotted with contemporary artworks.
A poets' trail combines heritage and culture between the town and the natural environment, paying tribute to famous figures connected with the town.
