The domaine des bufflonnes farm is located in Uhrwiller in northern Alsace, on the edge of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park.
A herd of more than 50 buffalos is raised in a newly-built farmhouse and fed with products from the estate's own pastures.
The only producer of mozzarella in Alsace, all products are made from buffalo milk and processed on the farm in the laboratory. The domaine des bufflonnes offers a range of original artisanal products: mozzarella, various cheeses, crèmerie and seasonal products such as ice cream.
Guided tours for individuals in summer and guided tours for groups are offered throughout the year.
