Nestled in an old Alsatian house lovingly restored by Abbé Albert Ritt, this museum, inaugurated in 1995, invites you to discover the age-old secrets of bread-making. Explore traditional techniques from sowing to baking, through an exhibition showcasing the tools used for each stage: harvesting, threshing, milling and kneading. Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of cereal growing. Upstairs, you'll be enchanted by a rich collection of photos and documents tracing the vibrant history of this charming village.
The museum is open from April 1 to November 1, every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 3pm to 6pm, and by appointment for groups and school visits.
