At La Source des Sens, the imagination of the chef Pierre Weller opens up a new world, creating a real journey of scents and colours. It’s a creative, daring and original cuisine imbued with local tradition and sprinkled with accents from elsewhere. The spectacle is on the plate, but also in the kitchen, relayed by plasma screen into the dining room. Discover the “cours des sens”, a themed cooking class taught by Pierre Weller.
