La Tour des Pêcheurs
Details
This tower was built between 1228 and 1235, and remodelled in the 16th century; it has an octagonal design. It has been restored on several occasions. The first level dates from the 13th century, with a wall of brick and sandstone blocks. The upper levels date from the 17th century. The arch spanning the Moder River was able to close access to the town via the river using a harrow system.
