Alélor has been producing mustard, horseradish, mayonnaise and condiments since 1873. It is the last mustard factory in Alsace and the only horseradish processing plant in France. Alélor supports local agricultural sectors to preserve the cultivation of mustard seeds and horseradish roots in France. The company is committed to protecting the environment (waste recovery, renewable energy, waste reduction) and to transparency in its recipes (recipes without additives, organic condiments, locally sourced ingredients).
