We offer a wide range of Alsatian specialties, and theme evenings punctuate the weeks as the seasons change. We particularly recommend you try the evenings reserved for "Dampfnudeln", specialties from northern Alsace. Naturally, the restaurant also serves Alsatian tartes flambées every Friday and Sunday evening, and on Monday and Thursday evenings only for groups of 10 or more, with reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
No payment by vacation vouchers or paper luncheon vouchers, only CARDS.
