Tourist tax rates in the Haguenau Urban Community (per night and per person aged 18 and over)

Palace hotel: €4.00
5-star accommodation: €3.00
4-star accommodation: €1.50
3-star accommodation: €1.00
2-star accommodation: €0.90
1-star accommodation: €0.75
Campsites and caravan sites rated 3, 4 or 5 stars, and all other types of outdoor accommodation: €0.55
Campsites and caravan sites rated 1 or 2 stars, and all other types of outdoor accommodation, as well as marinas: €0.20
Accommodation awaiting classification or unclassified, excluding outdoor accommodation: 5%*

*Amount calculated on the pre-tax nightly rate, subject to a maximum of the highest rate set by the local authority, i.e. €4.

Additional Tourist Tax Levied by the European Collectivity of Alsace

10% of the rate set by the Haguenau Urban Community

Example: for a 3-star residence, the tourist tax is €1.00 per night and per person, plus an additional tax of €0.10 per night and per person, bringing the total to €1.10 per night per person.
